Is your computer running slow?  This is a problem that’s common to computers that run Microsoft Windows.  Unfortunately Windows is notorious for letting itself get cluttered with old, obsolete, and corrupt files and folders.  These can be leftovers from old programs or just temporary files that never got removed.

The Windows registry is basically just a filing system where Windows stores all the preference and settings information for the applications, file settings, permissions, and hardware on your PC.  It’s like the central nervous system "brains" of your PC.
