A boutique hotel is Western European and North Americanphenomenon. It’s known by other names in other parts of theworld, but staying in a boutique hotel is widely regarded asa hip trend among the super-elite in the West. Boutiquehotels offer above-average amenities, 24 hour room service,supreme luxury, and they’re often smaller, more intimate,unusual, and quirky as well. They’re like private hotelsthat only admit the richest people. For that reason, manyhave less than 100 rooms, and the majority have less than 50rooms. They’re like bed and breakfasts except they’re morelike mansions. Boutique hotel lenders are always looking forenterprising men and women to start these hotels because themark-up price per night is so high. The upkeep is at aminimum because there are so things to keep up with.
