Can those over 65 get travel insurance?

I am sending my parents on a trip as an anniversary present, and since I want to send them to Latin America I want to get them travel insurance as well so they will be taken care of if they get sick or injured (which hopefully will not happen, but better safe than sorry!) However, everywhere I look online seems to say that they do not sell travel insurance to those over 65. Is there somewhere to get travel insurance for people over 65? I can understand if it is a bit more expensive, but I need to find somewhere to purchase it.
